Personal:

My mother forced me to start running as a freshman in high school.. and as much as I hate to admit it, I actually ended up liking it. Graduated from Pine View High School in 2013 and, after a yearlong hiatus, I am now running again, this time for USU, where I'm working on a composite Elementary Ed/Deaf Ed major.

50 minutes up the golf course canal today. Felt very good. 

Here's to a new month that's hopefully nothing like February.

25 minute warm up, 8x100m strides, 2 mile tempo (1 mile on, 1/2 mile off, 1 mile on, 1/2 mile off), 15 minute cool down, legs, 8 minute core.

It felt all right. I was nauseous all day and it was my first workout back since my shin took me out. The first mile was good. I stuck with the group at 6:40. The second mile caught up with me and I ran a 6:50. Bleh. It was good though. Good day.

Big fat progression run loop with Spencer. It is fantastic outside today. Afterward, we just lay down on the grass and talked and enjoyed the weather for like an hour and a half. T MINUS 22 HOURS TIL ST. GEEZY.
