25 minute warm up, 8x100m strides, 2 mile tempo (1 mile on, 1/2 mile off, 1 mile on, 1/2 mile off), 15 minute cool down, legs, 8 minute core.
It felt all right. I was nauseous all day and it was my first workout back since my shin took me out. The first mile was good. I stuck with the group at 6:40. The second mile caught up with me and I ran a 6:50. Bleh. It was good though. Good day.
