My mother forced me to start running as a freshman in high school.. and as much as I hate to admit it, I actually ended up liking it. Graduated from Pine View High School in 2013 and, after a yearlong hiatus, I am now running again, this time for USU, where I'm working on a composite Elementary Ed/Deaf Ed major.

I ran with Kaylee and Coach Roberts and almost died. The pace wasn't super fast but it wasn't slow either.. I'm still trying to get used to running fast again.. and it was the dumb desert run. I hate that run. :P

Today we did the fire station/turtle creek run. I was supposed to run 4 but because I missed a few days last week and I felt terrible yesterday, I went 3. We kinda took it slow today.. I still felt really tired.. but I felt stronger on the hill than I expected to.

Ran 9.Stinking.Laps. on the grass with Roberts and Kaylee.. it felt fine.. and long.

I ran shorter today because I had to leave.. It felt just fabulous. It was actually a really fun run. (:

Today was Parkway backwards.. which was fun. I like actually running on a road once in a while since all we ever do is trails and desert and dirt and grass. It felt good and was fun to do.

I think today was the day we did the 4 mile Green Springs run? I don't know. It's been too long. But I had a good time today. It was a fun run and I felt good.

Today we ran 6 in the dirt.. It was okay. I kinda hate the dirt. But it wasn't terrible.

Today we ran barefoot in the grass.. and it was fine. The 9 laps feels like it takes forever, but it's kinda fun to run barefoot. And then I ran with the kids.. and that was a blast. So today was a good day.
