AM: Do I even have to say it?
PM: Workout. 1200, 2x1000, 3x800. DI warmup, Harts cool down. Really, really, crappy workout. Getting super tired of whatever is causing this breathing thing. It makes my chest tighten up and my stomach KILLS. But it wasn't just that, and I know it. I'm ridiculously stressed about the meet this week and kind of scared to death. And so my attitude was kind of terrible. I don't even know what else to say. |
