Wasn't allowed to go to morning practice today. PM: 4x600 at race pace+4 to 6 seconds. This workout was a lot harder than I expected. My heart rate was so high it wasn't even funny. My splits were 1:57 (right on), then 2:01 and 2:01, then I messed up the watch on the last one and missed that split, but it felt faster. Turns out I don't know how to work a Garmin. During the cool down, I started coughing so hard I had to tell Aubrey and Ali to leave me cause I was dying. Weights after. I feel so bleh. |
