Anaerobic workout: 25 sec each of burpees, high knees, split jumps, grasshoppers. 8x single leg squats each leg. 6x pike planks, knee bends. 4x single leg bridge lifts each leg. 6x pull ups with the band.
Another set, except with 6x single leg squats, 6x pendulum (instead of knee bends), 6x double leg bridge lifts (instead of single leg), 7x pull ups.
Finished with 45 sec high knee progression.
